At the end of April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 19 x 77 for lot at 28 Tranby Avenue just west of Avenue Road in the Annex in Toronto.

It was listed at $2,995,000.

Considering it was located next to a house at 32 Tranby Avenue that could use a reno and had just sold for $2,700,000…

I thought this house that was renovated (though not necessarily recently) would sell fast.

It didn’t. In September, the price was dropped to $2,750,000 and it just sold last week…

For $2,630,000.
