For the most part, I really like this house. I am not crazy about the outside and the fireplace tile. But everything else is done really well.

Actually, it kind of reminds me of the reno at 114 Ivy Avenue…

But with lighter floors and a white kitchen with a better layout.

Like that house, I would have switched the fridge wall to where the stove wall is because it seems inconvenient (and maybe even dangerous) to have the oven and stove it what is essentially a hallway to the back door.

But overall, it’s a good house with fairly good sized rooms, especially if you have young kids, and a basement apartment with a separate entrance.

In 2017, it was listed at $859,900 and sold for $850,000.

At the beginning of October, it was back on the market for $1,279,900. Then the price was raised to $1,479,000 a little over a week later.

It came on the market again on last week for $1,399,000. It sold in 1 day…

$1,410,000.
