This is a 5+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 7,700 total square foot house on a 3/4 acre ravine lot overlooking Lampton Woods at 19 Ashley Park Road in the Humber Valley neighbourhood in Etobicoke.
According to the listing it is ‘Peter Higgins inspired’ which I have always thought meant they were ‘inspired by’ and that it was actually not done by that architect but from the street view…
It was actually a reno desigend by Peter Higgins Architect Inc. and the reno itself was done by Serendipity Homes.

Now, it is a fully redone house that would be great for a family.
I am not crazy about some of the tile and it is all a little to beige for me, but it is a great house if this is your style. But if you aren’t into the beige either, a little paint could change that. And I can’t decide if I am into that water fall wall separating the living room and dining room.
There is first floor bedroom which is a little weird (is it meant for in-laws?), but there is a crazy master suite, a media room, a pool, a putting green, a view into the ravine, a pool room, an office, a wine cellar, a gym.
Basically, it has everything for a family and it is on a quiet street.
