This is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 25 x 123 foot lot at 53 Colridge Avenue in the Woodbine-Lumsden neighbourhood in East York in Toronto.

It is apparently only 28 steps from Woodbine station (is that a good thing?). Actually, it is a lot more than 28 steps, whic is I good thing in my opinion, but it is close enough to be super convenient.
The house itself is a good house.
There is a front hall closet and a bathroom. The dining room is large (currently with a small table), the kitchen has lots of storage, the living area is big and bright. And all the bedrooms are a good size though one bedroom doesn’t have a closet. The basement is large and bright with a room that could function as a bedroom or a gym and a large open area for a play area/media room.
My only complaint is that the driveway should have a gate to close off the backyard for pets and kids. But maybe that is yet unfinished like a few other things in this house.
But overall, this is a great house near transit and a park.
