And they did a really good job.
There is that entry way that they created at the front, the floors are good with in-floor heating, the kitchen is a good size with good appliances and a large pantry, the family room area is bright, there is a bathroom on the first floor, the bedrooms are all a good size with laundry on the second floor, the basement has another bedroom with a bathroom and a huge recreation room with a walk out.
Basically, it is a great, move-in-ready house.
The only downside, which could totally be overlooked, is that the street can be kind of busy. But it also means it is a quick walk to a grocery store, an lcbo, a dollarama, drugstores…

At first, it seems a little pricey for a 3 bedroom, but it has everything…
Except the listing says parking in the back, but how?

*UPDATE: According to a reader, apparently the parking is kind of on the mutual drive behind/beside the house…
