Two years ago, I posted this is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 37 x 141.75 foot lot at 36 Beaufort Road in the Beaches.
It's a new build on a lot that used to be this house...
It was listed at $4,290,000. It sold a month later for $3,890,000.
This January, it was back on the market for $4,779,000, which is an almost 10.5% annual increase.
It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $4,649,000 two weeks ago, or about a 9.5% increase). Last week, it had another price drop.
This house is now listed at $4,389,000…
A 6% annual increase.
