Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,250 square foot house on a 37 x 39.5 foot lot at 116 Ulster Street in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

It wasn’t a huge house but it was very charming.

It was listed at $1,189,000. It sold within 1 day…

For $1,500,000.

And from what I hear, you may want to keep that grafitti on the laneway wall…

It apparently helps deter stuff like this…
