In February, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 25 x 119.58 foot lot at 635 Millwood Road in Davisville Village in Toronto.
It was a semi that was fully renovated in 2016 and they did a great job.
The only thing was that the street was a little busy and the parking situation felt like it was kind of right in the backyard (not sure if it was)…
And for only 3 bedrooms, the $1,950,000 price tag seemed a little high. But I thought it would still sell fast and probably slightly over ask.
It sold…
For $1,921,000.
Not quite at ask but still not bad.
