PRICE DROP - 51R Indian Grove - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO (3 Comments)

In October, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom coach house on a 10.63 (?) x 196.71 foot lot at 51R Indian Grove in Roncesvalles.

It is a house that I first posted in 2017. And it is a house I liked then and that I still like now.

In 2017, the asking price was $2,980,000. I’m not sure what it sold for but it did apparently sell.

Two years later, it was back on the market for $4,095,000. And though I loved the house, I thought…

That was a little high.

Looks like I was not alone because this is back on the market with a new price.

The current asking price for this house is…

$3,688,800.

I really want to know what it sold for in 2017.

UPDATE: According to a reader who just emailed me, in 2017, this house sold for $2.9 after 2 weeks on the market.
