PRICE DROP - 69 Garfield Avenue - MOORE PARK, TORONTO
Two weeks ago, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 40 x 125 foot lot at 69 Garfield Avenue in Moore Park in Toronto.
It was a house that I had first posted in 2013 when it was listed at $2,199,000. It sold for $2,375,000 which I thought was a lot at the time.
Since then, there has been some work on the first and second floor. And if you were into black, white, and grey, you would love it.
It was back on the market for $4,100,000. This time, I didn’t think it was so crazy. Guess I was wrong because this house didn’t sell and has already has a price drop.
The new price for this house is…
$3,850,000.
