This house. It’s kind of amazing.
It is a 1950s, 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60 x 178 foot lot house overlooking Bayview Village Park at 15 Citation Drive in the Bayview Village neighbourhood in Toronto.
And it looks like nothing in this house has changed since it was built. From the indents in the carpet, it seems like the furniture has been streamlined but it looks like the original furniture.
It’s basically a less fancy version of the house at 28 Valleyanna Drive…
There isn’t a movie theatre or a hair salon like that house, but it is a great house with a ton of potential as it is.
Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s sticking around. With the street being full of new builds like this one located 2 doors down…
I’m guessing this will most likely be torn down as weel. But this place could be amazing. It already is.
The asking price is…
$2,995,000.
