On Monday, I posted a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 1 car garage on a 24.92 x 118.5 foot lot at 171 Willow Avenue in the Beaches in Toronto…

It was a rebuild of a house that used to look like this…

It was also a house that was redone by the same company that redid this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 32 x 88.3 foot lot at 52 Fernwood Park Avenue in the Beaches in Toronto that I first posted in May.

This house was a full renovation of a house that used to look like this…

And while both houses had some quirks like what looked like a small living room in this house, I thought both houses were good overall (readers don’t seem to agree with regards to the Willow house).

This house was initially listed at $2,895,000. I thought if the living room wasn’t actually small, it would probably sell fast and close to list.

After a price drop down to $2,795,000, it finally sold…

For $2,655,000.

P.S. The Willow house is listed at $2,890,000. I’m thinking it will sell closer to this sold price.
