PRICE DROP - 21 Clarendon Avenue - SOUTH HILL, TORONTO

Three weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a a 32 x 80 foot lot at 21 Clarendon Avenue in the South Hill neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a full reno of a house that used to look like this…

According to a reader, it was the home of interior designer Montana Labelle and her builder husband, Russell Gozlan of Gozlan Group.

Their designs include a lot of black and white with some tan/camel accents thrown in. So, if that isn’t your thing, you probably wouldn’t be into this house. If it was your thing, they did a great job.

But it is only 3 bedrooms, the backyard isn’t very large, and considering that it had already been on the market for a month at $4,488,000 when I posted it, it was only a matter of time that it would have a price drop.

As of yesterday (or maybe the day before)…

The price has now dropped to $3,950,000.
