A month ago, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 34.25 x 129.75 foot lot in Governor's Bridge in Toronto.

It was a house I posted years ago when I pointed out that the garage looked like it was WAY to short to fit anything taller than a sedan…

It was initially listed at $3,450,000 which at the time, I thought that was crazy. After many price drops, and after realizing that the only car that seemed like it would fit in that garage was this car…

It sold for $2,850,000.

In October 2019, it came back on the market for $4,200,000.

Over a year later, it was still on the market but with a new price as of September of $3,995,000. When I posted it last month, I wondered it if was time for a price drop.

A month later, it has sold…

For $3,980,000.
