PRICE INCREASE - 55 Fairfield Road - SHERWOOD PARK, TORONTO (2 Comments)

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathoroom house with 3 parking spots on a 31 x 99 foot lot at 55 Fairfield Road on a quiet street in Sherwood Park in Toronto.

It was a good house that was last listed and sold for $1,695,000 in 2016.

Since then, there were a few changes like new appliances, new backsplash, and I assumed the bathroom on the second floor (one reader pointed out possible waterproofing in the basement as well).

I mentioned that if this were listed at an annual 6% compounded increase, the asking price now would be approximately $2,100,000.

The asking price was $1,868,000.

Guess they were looking for a number closer to $2.1 because this house has had a price increase…
