146 Bedford Road - ANNEX, TORONTO (2 Comments)

Seven years!!!

That is how long this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build with 2 parking spots on a 40 x 135.62 lot at 146 Bedford Road in the Annex has been on the market.

Of course it has been off and on but it was first put up for sale as it is now in 2013 after it had sold for $1,067,500 in 2007 when it looked like this…

In January of 2008, it was put on the market with no changes again for $1,769,000.

It never sold (unless it sold privately) and it was being renovated in the fall of 2008 when this happened…

Apparently, the fire was caused by plumbers working on the renovation.

By 2013, it had been completely rebuilt and was on the market again for $4,180,000. It was then dropped to $3,995,000. When I posted it, the price was dropped again to $3,895,000.

By the beginning of 2014, it was down to $3,468,000, then $3,389,000 in the spring, then $2,850,000 a week later. There is no record it sold then either.

In the fall of 2019, it was back on the market for $6,249,000. Two weeks later, it was for lease for $15,000/month. By October, the sale price was dropped to $5,795,000.

It never sold and it is now on the market again…

For $5,495,000.
