In November, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with 1 parking spot on a 17.5 x 87 foot lot at 22 Givins Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.
It was a house that looked like this when it was last listed in 2017…
When it came on the market in November, it had been redone and was decorated with some interesting decor.
In 2017, it was listed at $1,299,000 and eventually sold for $1,100,000 in February 2018.
After the reno, it was back on the market for $1,795,000. I thought that without a finished basement, that would be hard.
It sat for 3 1/2 months but it finally sold after a price drop to $1,688,000…
For $1,650,000.
