Last Friday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 3,000 above grade square foot semi on a 25 x 100 foot lot at 54 Rathnelly Avenue in the Rathnelly neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like it hadn’t been touch in 50 years or more.

There were some things like the lights (or whatever those are) in the sun room, the bathroom sink on the third floor, the wallpaper, and the white tile in the basement that were amazing. But though it was amazing to look at, I thought it was a full gut (you could keep the lights, the sink, and the white tile though). Some readers disagreed.

It was listed at $1,985,000. It sold after 5 days on the market…

For $2,406,000.
