It was completely gutted and redone and for the most part, I like it. I don’t love that front porch but I think it could look much better if it were stained black.

Basically, it is a move in ready house in a good neighbourhood. And if you don’t need a large backyard, this is a really good option.

It is now listed at $1,849,000.

My guess is it sells tonight for over ask.
