I didn’t think this would sit for long…

But that was fast!

Last Wednesday, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 120 foot lot with a 1 car garage and another parking spot. It was a new build on a lot that used to look like this…

It was the house on the left and was listed in 2019 $999,000 and it sold for $1,131,100.

It was torn down and 2 new detached house were built in its place. This house was listed last week for $3,395,000.

It sold 2 days later…

For $3,482,000.

In this market…
