This is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 140 Harrison Street in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

It is a house that used to look like this when it was last for sale in February 2021…

It had initially been listed in August 2020 for $1,749,000. It then was either dropped to $1,499,000 or it sold for that price but that deal fell through. It finally sold for $1,750,000.

It was then gutted and is now back on the market.

As far as flips go, this is a good one if you aren’t upset that all the original ‘charm’ is gone. The finishes are good and the large windows let in lots of light. But it is only 3 bedrooms.

In November, it came on the market at $3,850,000. It didn’t sell and that listed was terminated at the end of the year.
