It looked like this when it last sold 10 months ago in January 2023…
It was originally listed in December 2022 for $809,100 with a price drop to $764,600. It eventually sold at the end of January for $777,000.
Considering there are no indoor photos other than the front porch, I assume in needed a gut.
And it got a full gut that shows really well. It’s not a huge house but it has an en suite in the primary bedroom and there is an income unit in the basement. They didn’t replace the back deck which is fine but I think a power wash would have been helpful.
Otherwise, it is a good house in a good neighbourhood.
It is listed at $1,349,000.
I’m guessing that if it hasn’t already, it is selling tonight…
Assuming the condo going up 2 doors north isn’t a deterrent.
