32 Edgewood - NORTH ROSEDALE

If this house looks familiar, it is because it was the first house that Canadian designer and television host Sarah Richardson flipped and designed for her first season of Sarah's House.

Currently, this house is listed at $1,329,000.  Four years ago, when Sarah sold it, I think she sold it for close to $1,295,000.  Two years ago or so it was listed again for the same price.  I thought it had sold but there is so much furniture from the show that I think they must have taken it off the market and relisted.

These aren't the best pictures not to mention, I am sure Sarah wouldn't be into some of the new decor but thanks to her show you can see what it COULD look like.

Oh, and you need to be a fan of the CN Rail.  The house backs right onto a set of very busy, noisy tracks.  But I hear it only takes 3 days to get used to, at least from the inside of the house!

Current Photo of the Living Room (same wallpaper, chandelier, different dog or is that a ferrat!?!):
