I think this house has sold but I wanted to post it because it is a decent house in a much sought after neighbourhood.  And I love the simplicity of all the finishes from the kitchen to the stair rail.  With 3 bedrooms, each with its own en suite for a total of 4 bathrooms, 2 car parking permits across the street and a 2 deck southern exposure, I am sure it didn't sit on the market long.  Even with a list price of $1,375,000.
