414 Wellesley Street East - CABBAGETOWN
As with my last post, this home is located in Cabbagetown in the heart of downtown Toronto. Actually it is right around the corner. It isn't on a quiet dead end street but it isn't a super busy location either.
This house has 4 bedrooms, the master is in the third floor, and 2 bathrooms, plus a rooftop deck for added outdoor space. And it is only listed for $127,000 more. With a price tag of $927,000 this house seems to be a better deal. I really like the layout a lot more. It has an updated bathroom like the other one but I have to say...what were they thinking with those floors!?! Why are the boards running sideways!?! It isn't as much of an issue of the layout in the other house but it isn't a cheap fix. All in all though, this house seems to be a much better deal for the price.
