Is it me or does $1,650,000 sound like a lot of money for this house?
You have to admit that the front is a bit deceiving. Though it is meticulous, it just doesn't seem that big.
And when you go inside it ISN'T that big but whoever did the reno did a terrific job! The windows really open up the house and all the finishings are top notch.
And it is just a short walk to all the Lawrence Park North Shops on Yonge Street, and great schools, and one of the nicest golf clubs in Toronto, Rosedale Golf Club, and the taxes aren't ridiculous, and the floors are really nice...
But still, is it just me or is it high?
