414 Wellesley Street East UPDATE

So, looks like 414 Wellesley Street East has sold.  It was listed for $927,000.  I wonder what it sold for.  If anyone knows, let me know!!

I am especially curious because this was clearly a flip as I found the listing from the last time it was for sale.  It does not look like it was too long ago and, really, that kitchen is a flip job if I have ever seen one!!

So, what do you think?  Did the builder do a good job?  Is the price increase from $649,900 to $927,00 warranted?  That is $277,000.  

There is no WAY almost $300,000 was put into this place, let alone $100,000!!!  But a person's gotta make a living, right? 

And those floors.  Why sideways?  Why!?!

Sidenote:  I just noticed the patio umbrella and patio furniture in the front yard of the neighbours.  THE FRONT YARD!!!  Wouldn't that drive you crazy!?!
