In the heart of Leslieville, this home seems to have it all.  It has been recently renovated, the roof is new, the furnace is new....only problem is that it is only 12 feet wide!!  

Still, as a condo alternative, this place is great.  There is one car parking, a nice yard and 3 bedrooms.  I think I would use the loft as my room instead of a tv room.  How could I not wake up to that stained glass peace sign every morning!?!

And if it weren't for the width of the house, I would say that the listing price of $579,000 would fuel a bidding war.  I still think it will go over list but probably no higher than $620,000.
