12 and 14 Astley Avenue - NORTH ROSEDALE
Two Houses, Two VERY Different Styles....
The one on the left is currently listed at $2,100,000. Though there is nothing wrong with it, it is just BLAH. Especially compared to its recently renovated neighbour.
14 Astley Avenue, aka The Split House (so called by the architect), is NOT for sale but caught my eye as I had recently come across the pictures of it on the website of the architect for this project, Superkul. Check it out to see for yourself!
So, if both of these houses were on the market.........which one would you choose!?!
I am clearly going for 14 Astley Avenue but I am sure that it would be listed a lot higher than $2,100,000! Well, maybe not but it is MUCH nicer in my opinion.
And seriously, Why the HELL can't agents spend just a LITTLE extra time and money on some decent pictures!?! It is NOT acceptable.
