If you can get past the bland curb appeal and the dark finishes of the inside of this home, this could be a great condo option in the downtown neighbourhood of Trinity-Bellwoods.

Listed at $749,000, this renovation home has a great location but I wouldn't say the finishings are the best. The kitchen cupboards look like stained plywood, the fridge is kind of cheap, and that bathtub! Is it the picture or is that tub so small that your knees would be touching your chin even if you were 5'2"!?!

And is that the backyard/deck!?! You can actually get condos in this neighbourhood with bigger balconies than that!

After seeing the reno of this Trinity-Bellwoods 3 bedroom, it is hard to imagine settling for this place....

Until you count in the price difference of $546,000!!!

Holy crap! You could buy a condo and rent it out and pay for BOTH mortgages with that extra cash! And is there really THAT much of a difference between the two houses? I don't think so.

UMM: Just noticed the shoes hanging from a cable in front of this house pre-reno on the Google Maps picture. It's hard to see, but trust me, it's there.
