Located on Lake Rosseau in the Muskoka Lakes, this cottage looks like a classic new build.  With 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath and decorated by Muskoka Living Interiors, it seems a little expensive at $2,249,000 as the furniture is not included though a price can be negotiated.  

Not only does it seems a tad expensive, though it is a beautiful cottage, it is somehow a 'unit'.  Does that mean that you need to pay fees once you purchase it?  I can't seem to get the details form the agent's listing.

Plus I can't seem to find the water frontage for this place.  Is there a cottage RIGHT beside it?

And why the hell is the kitchen island finished like that?  Paint it out grey or something....
