This is what close to $4 Million will get you in Thornhill.

Actually, this house is listed at $3,779,000 to be precise.  It has 4 bedrooms in 5000 square feet on a 100ft.x300ft. lot.  Not bad.

But what is going on with these pictures.  Some are great and others...Are those the owners eating breakfast on the patio?  And what is with the master bedroom pictures!?!  In one picture, the bed isn't even fully made!!!  They showed the before and after!  

Ultimately this is a great house.  It is large.  The lot is amazing and it over looks a golf course so there is a great view of trees.  I think I would want to change the furniture a bit, especially that wimpy desk in the office.  It's a nice desk but not in that space.  The living room looks more like an interrogation room than a living room.   And the media room in the basement!  They could do SOOO much better!  All in all, I really like it.

But still, it is $4 Million.  In Thornhill.  That's a lot.
