Why the hell would you pay $1,600,000 for this house at 14 Douglas Crescent!?!

Clearly they are selling it for the lot but this backyard is north facing, not on the ravine though it does have a good lot size for the area at 40 x 160!

Still, I would rather spend my money on THIS place.  And it has a similar lot size of 45 x 140.
