Whitecastle Investments has bought the property of the Deer Park United Church at St. Clair Avenue West and Avenue Road for $4 million and intend to build a 32-storey residential tower of 1-3 bedroom units while adapting the church and into its plans. There will also be 5 three-storey townhouses bringing the total amount of units to 220 with 5 levels of underground parking. Below are the artist renderings by Diamond + Schmitt.
