Wow! This place is expensive.
Backing onto Mt. Pleasant Cemetary just north of Mt. Pleasant and St. Clair in Moore Park, this is a gutter of a house in a wide lot listed at $1,349,000.
Because of the size of the lot, 50 x 144, I can see why this place would be expensive but a lot of money needs to go into it or the whole place needs to be torn down to make spending that amount of money worthwhile. Not to mention that this is only a 3 bedroom with one of the bedrooms being on the main floor!
It is a great lot though in a family friendly neighbourhood (though the street is busy).
Is it worth it?
I don't think so. Not when you compare it to this place. A little more expensive but if you take into account the cost of a huge reno of probably at least $500,000 to do it right, hmm, wait...
I can't decide.
