This 4 + 1 bedroom home in a quiet pocket at St. Clair and Mt. Pleasant in the heart of Moore Park may be a semi-detached but I am not sure that it matters. The owners have done a very recent renovation and they did a great job.
This house has everything you need for a family not to mention that it is located on a very quiet and very family friendly street.
I really like everything they have done. My only complaint, and it is small, is that the radiator in the front hall should have a cover (actually they could all use a cover). You could put a nice picture on it and it might make the front hall even more welcoming. I love the kitchen. The fireplace in the upstairs family room is amazing and all the washrooms are great.
At a price of $1,489,000, this place probably won't stay on the market for very long with its great family appeal, easy access to the subway and downtown and great schools.
