67 Euclid Avenue - QUEEN WEST
Just steps away from the trendy Queen West shops and restaurants, this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bath home seems like it is priced well at $829,000.
Though it looks to be a flip, they did a pretty good job with a few minor changes.
I am not crazy about exposed brick but I kind of like it in this house. I am not crazy about the bannister either but it does suit the brick I suppose. And I am not crazy about the Home Depot tiles in the bathrooms, especially when paired with the contemporary sink from Ikea.
Unfortunately, no parking. That might be a problem. And I think there is something sketchy happening in the backyard as there are no pictures of it and through the door in one of the kitchen shots, it looks like there is something industrial there. I actually think there is no backyard, just that deck. That kind of sucks.
But, for this location, the price is really good. And it is a lot cheaper than the house at 270 Euclid further up the street (though I do prefer it).
