The MASH was started in the late summer of 2011 to gossip about real estate listings in Toronto and Canada just as one would gossip with family and friends in their living room.
It is a place to express opinions about all those listings out there, the good, the bad and the ugly, in a fun manner. It is a place to talk about a house with out feeling the pressure of an agent's commission.
Since the editor of the MASH is not an agent, all opinions written by the MASH are unbiased, and are just that, opinions.
The MASH makes no claims about visiting a house in person. In fact, opinions are unabashedly expressed based solely on what is provided to us all by the Internet.
The MASH encourages those looking for a home to go to
the open house, or to call a realtor for a showing, and make their own decisions.
Any comments by readers in the posts are also just that, comments by readers. All are welcome (try not to name call please) but are not the opinions of the MASH.
