WHAT is THIS!?!
Seriously...WHAT is this all about?
This house is a detached 3 1/2 storey 4 plex in the heart of Leslieville, steps from Queen Street East. This is a very trendy neighbourhood and homes often end up in bidding wars but I don't think that will happen in this case.
This dark and depressing house (or is it just the pictures) is listed at $1,250,000. Seriously!! Is the rent from the apartments going to cover the mortgage? I can't imagine that it would. And if not, is someone going to pay that and then spend another $400,000 renovating it into a single family home? $1,650,000 for a fairly shallow lot in Leslieville?
And what is with that kitchen? I like the rustic look but this goes overboard. The loft bedroom kind of reminds me of something that London It-designer Sera Hersham Loftus would decorate but I don't think it could happen.
This house is just too messed up. The asking price is crazy!
