Okay. I can see how this would be great for all of those things (some with a LOT of work) but what is it supposed to be right now!?! It actually looks like a home from the front.
Is it a Rehab Centre? If it is, those beds look really uncomfortable. Or is it a place for kids? Those look like kid's beds. And there is that mini motorcycle in the garage. It is definitely not a spa...
I really think this place is scaring me more than this place. And I can't decide if that hobbit house is cute of scary.
And what is with that dragon in the front drive!?!
The person that buys this better buy a LOT of primer because it is going to take a lot of it to cover up the crazy colours the current owner has chosen.

UPDATE: I found out what it is. It is owned by a company that produces 'therapeutic solutions for patients suffering from vascular, muscular and soft tissue conditions'. Hmm. Why all the beds?
