This is a great 2 + den or 3 bedroom loft in the heart of Liberty Village. Located in the Toy Factory Lofts, it has the amazing windows and ceiling beams that the building is known for but on a larger scale than most lofts in the building.
At 2,120 square feet, this could be a great single, couple or small family home. There is underground parking, tons of amenities, parks, grocery stores, restaurants, yoga studios, great stores...
The loft is amazing. The furniture all needs to go, except maybe the ping pong dining room table. But everything else needs to go. I like that they haven't covered the windows and have used Hunter Douglas blinds instead but it would be nice to see them lighten it up a bit. Maybe something like this...
but without the curtain or some sort of happy medium between the light and the super dark leather couches and dark mirrors and paintings currently in the loft...

Either way, this is a great loft, with a great kitchen, great floors, great windows, good bathrooms and all in all a great space.
And for $1,499,000, that is a pretty good deal!
But you have to be under 35. No one over 35 is allowed to live in this neighbourhood.
