49 Nina Street - CASA LOMA
At first glance, I thought this could be a nice house after a few coats of paint. It is in a nice neighbourhood called Wychwood that is seeing a lot of development and more and more young families moving in and it seems to be a good size.
Then you notice the lot is only 50 feet long! There must be no back yard!!
The kitchen is a bit outdated but it seems to be an okay size and that room off the back could be made into a mudroom.
But why did the agent put the dog in a cage and shove it into the fireplace!?! Move the dog to the kitchen while you are taking the living room picture! And does that mean that it isn't a working fireplace if that is where the dog sleeps.
And I find the office on the second floor is kind of a weird place to store your wine. Or is that just me?
This place needs some work. Who knows what the bathroom looks like! And priced at $699,000, for a semi that could use a good $50,000 in upgrades, this house isn't worth it.
I would have priced it at $599,000 hoping to get $575,000.
And they should have gone with the Google Maps photo below of the house from the front. So much better, even with all the crap in the windows.
