No SH-T!! The kitchen is the only GOOD thing about this place!
This house was designed by award-winning design team Ceccone Simone, the same design team of this Summerhill office building, but it looks like they only put effort into the kitchen.
The rest, at least from the pictures, is just boring.
The tile floor throughout the first floor is not inviting (but that is their style). The outdoor furniture in the family room is cold.
The exterior is a covered up, outdated house.
And did Cecconi Simone add the IKEA shelves in the bedroom? That's just lazy.
But for a newly renovated 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the heart of South Kingsway with a good sized lot, the price tag of $1,550,000 is not bad if that is your style!
I do really like the kitchen...
