Located just south of King Street East in Corktown, one of the neighbourhoods in Toronto Life's 'Where to Buy Now', this one bedroom house is a great alternative to a condo.

It is only one bedroom but has recently been renovated by the architect owner.  I love it!  At first, I found the second floor strange but I really love it as a condo alternative.  The location is hot and only a 20 minute walk to downtown.  

And with a price tag of $569,000, it is a bit high but it is worth it for the location (if you are good with a little bit of urban roughness).  

Too bad it doesn't come with all the furniture and those pendant lights!  LOVE those Tom Dixon pendant lights.

It does come with the lights!!!

Okay, maybe the price isn't so high after all.
