For $649,900, this is what you can get in Leaside.
Another reason I don't post houses from Leaside. It is soooo overpriced.
Clearly this is a teardown for a new build (like the one beside it) but it still seems like there is a lot you can get for the same price.
I suppose a $750,000, 2,500 square foot new build on this 25 x 120 lot would be worth at least $1,300,000 when it was done. But could a new house here sell for $1,700,000 to make a worthwhile profit? I doubt it.
This place should be listed at $550,000.
