I think this agent is looking for a bidding war.

Sure, it is detached and has an extra bedroom, but considering that place, this place at HALF the price is ludicrous.
This house isn't very wide but the lot depth is pretty good at 118 feet. Plus there are 2 parking spaces.
And the location is great. It is steps to Withrow park and sandwiched between the Danforth and trendy Queen Street East.
And it is super bright.
The kitchen is a little lackluster and Home Depot-y (HELLO flip!!) but with the double doors, it is great for entertaining.
This house is DEFINITELY going to go for over asking.
