Is this agent CRAZY!?!

$1,149,000!!!!!!!

Is this really what gutters in High Park are going for!?!

Seriously.  This place is a gutter!  It could be great if someone had $300,000 to spend on it (or more if they wanted an extension) or if the buyer was handy like the people from these reno blogs.  It is a street full of beautiful houses, the lot depth is huge at 200 feet, it is close to Bloor West and High Park.... all the things that people who like the High Park neighbourhood like...

But $1,149,000!!!  I can understand (sort of) why the place in the Casa Loma neighbourhood went for $1,375,000.  

But I do not understand this price.  

$899,000 would make more sense to me.

Am I crazy?
