For asking.

In less than 12 hours!!

This is the second time in a few months that it has been listed (granted the price was dropped by $46,000 to $1,749,000).

The first time, it was listed for months and I mentioned that the pictures didn't show the house at all.

Well, looks like the owners hired new agents who own a camera with more than a 3 pixel resolution!!

Clearly, it wasn't just timing, price and photos though.

The new agents were able to find a buyer.

On the first day it was listed.

I bet the buyers would have paid the original asking price!!

Wouldn't want to be the first set of agents today!
