This Yorkville house straight out of the 80's is begging for a renovation by Superkül Architects.

Listed as a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a nice sized south facing backyard, the price tag of

$2,750,000

doesn't seem outrageous. It is located in the heart of Yorkville and this is the going rate for a nice updated house in this neighbourhood.

Unfortunately, the place needs to be gutted. New bathrooms, new stairs, new railings, new kitchen, pink and purple carpets gone, built-ins gone, updated pot lights, all new windows...this list goes on.

It has great bones though and could easily become another one of Superkül's amazing transformations.

Too bad the house isn't listed at $2,099,000 though because it is going to cost another $800,000 to bring it to what it should be. The house as it is now is NOT an almost $3 million dollar house!
