Located in Forest Hill, this 7+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom, 6,500 square foot plus 1,700 square foot coach house, has the same front door layout as the Moore Park home but is a lot bigger.

Though it doesn't have an elevator, the kitchen is kind of awful and the bathroom tiles are hideous....

this house is sooo much better.

And more expensive at $4,795,000.

This house is huge on a huge 65 x 150 lot.

And look at the girl's room!   That's nicer than most condos in downtown Toronto!

Speaking of condos, I would be happy to live in that coach house any day.  Who do you think lives there?

The layout on the first floor is the way to do it on a side door entry though I would have put the living room at the front of the house and the kitchen facing the south and the 'backyard' (it's really a side yard and that garden by the couch house and a whole lot of driveway).  This layout flows and makes so much more sense than the Rose Park house.

If you had $5 million kicking around and bought this place, would you leave the green toilet and sink with the brass legs?  It is so awful that it is almost great!
